We are going again on October and have booked through the following:

Have not checked these out for the size of apartment you are seeking, but they were very helpful and may be worth contacting, if you have not already done so. I see they advertise having Villas.

We found a one bedroom apartment on the Marina, sleeping 2/4 seemed to work out about GBP150 to GBP 180 per night (April and October).

There are several options;

The palm jumeirah in one of the shoreline apartments, make sure you ask for a sea view, one of the best vies in dubai. Come with pool, gym and beach access as well as a beach club house which has started serving food and drinks including alcohol.

The marina is a very upmarket area of dubai and these apartments are right above marina walk where you can find many very nice restaurants, a supermarket, a shisha cafe and several coffee shops. Is in the 1st phase of the marina so is not surrounded by building work like most of the other towers in the marina at the moment. It also comes with gym, spa and pool access.

Arabian ranches are a bit further out from dubai and is a community in itself. It offers an 18 hole Desert Course, an equestrian centre, desert trails, polo grounds, a community centre featuring over 20 retail outlets including a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and travel agent. They mainly consist of 2 to 4 bed townhouses and 3 to 7 bedroom villas clustered around the prestigious 18 hole Desert Course.

The springs is a very nicely located development near the montgomerie golf course. It is just off the main shek zayed road.
