There is a book called Born to Shop Hongkong which one of your fellow countrywoman has written.In it she talks about the Judith Leiber bags and lists an adress that sells that type of jewelled bag.I have a copy but am not able to put my hands on it.You should be able to buy the book before you leave or pick one up over there. However, maybe one of the local experts can let you know if the shop is still there.Shops tend to close down or move elsewhere.

I also think Harvey Nichols and Lane Crawford sells this brand of bags, but not huge selections as I think not alot of us go in there to buy an evening bag over $ 20 000 HKD everyday.

Look alike- there are ALOT of these bags around HK. Not the same quality I presume, but if you are looking for a nice clutch bag that glitters and shines for an evening event, I think you will find MANY small shops have these, and department stores have these, and Many accessories stores have these.

If you want look like rather than Judith Leiber try a little shop called Crewens, Fuk Wah Street, just off Apliu Street. There are a wholesaler but will sell one offs, if buying more than one get a good discount, the lady who runs the shop is lovely and their bags are of a good quality.

It is on Kowloon side in an area called Sham Shui Po you can get there by MTR, Crewens are on Fuk Wah Street, the street runs parallel with Apliu Market Street.
