Hi, I don't know anyone having stayed here, but I send you a link I have found. The situation is not bad, downtown but in a central avenue (via Laietana), although be sure that it is via laietana and not one of the narrow streets of the surroundings. Very close to the Cathedral and Gothic quarter. Hope this can help you
