I used Barcelona Day Tours on June 8 and June 15 and we did not have a problem with this tour company. We had 2 days of tours with them and a hotel pickup to the airport and they were always on time.

We saw everything that we wanted to see and had a wonderful trip. I was very happy with Helene and she gave me everything that I ask for for the group of 27. We had nice buses and the guides were very nice.

I would use them again when I have people going to Spain. I am not sure why others had a problem!

Could it be that the problem is that they are not licensed incoming agents/tour operators in Barcelona or Spain? They offer no reference on their website, which is unusual for a legitimate company. There are a lot of "gray area" companies working in Spain since the creation of the EU.

I had an excellent outing in Barcelona for a day.The whole credit should go to Helene who was an excellent guide for us. The planning was superb and we could cover maximum places in a day. It was a right decision on my part to go for a Bacelona Day Tour. What made the difference to our tour was the tour guide Helene, who was very caring and courteous. I am going to recommend her to all my friends who are planning to visit Barcelona. Thanks Helene!
