You can go topless at all the beaches. The hotels dont want you to be topless at the pools.

Beaches are all topless. Most hotels people were topless but normally towards the less busy parts of traffic. They really don't care just move towards less busy places up by the pools in case of kids.

There are some resorts designated as clothing optional resorts.

Most resorts have signs up that say no nude/topless sun bathing but it is mostly ignored as there is a large European crowd in this area.

I do believe the Mexican laws are much the same as American laws in regards to the legality of it. You will not see the locals going topless on the beaches as it's not considered legal but they pretty much let the tourists do what ever they want when it comes to topless sunbathing.

I have read many postings about PDC being a topless area, what about up and down the mayan riviera coast. Like ASP or Dreams Tulum
