I dont remember them having any other beers than red stripe and red stripe light at the bars. I think they did sell some other beer in the gift shop though, I think mabey Bud, Bud Light and Heineiken, but it was very overpriced. I never bought it so not sure, I just enjoyed the red stripe.

Heineken, Guinness Foreign Extra, and Dragon Stout are nationally distributed in Jamaica. You can pick them (along with Red Stripe and Red Stripe Light) literally anywhere outside of the resort.
