Man I am sooo easy to please - I live in Canada and therefore am not eligible for the Free Gift Bag - but because Tripadvisor's records had me down as residing in the Good Old US of A (AND I MEAN THAT FONDLY) they said 'our mistake' and we will send you a gift bag - yahoo, regards, Leigh |

MrsM...periodically TA offers "giveaways" here on the site or through email. I have received (2) sets of luggage tags, a t-shirt, backsack, toiletrie travel bag, and was supposed to get a hat but it never came. I haven't seen a giveaway in quite awhile so maybe they are getting ready for another round. | ||||||

While they are nice promotions for Americans (lucky ducks), it's too bad the rest of us aren't privy to the loot, maybe they shouldn't let "us" sign up.... :( Guess I'll go make my own stuff LOL. | ||||||

I have always been confused by that. The site is hosted in seven different countries. Including Japan for goodness sake! | ||||||

If I were to guess why only to the US would be the postage to ship International probably costs more than the "TA swag" | ||||||
