Very good all around. One of the the best places I have eaten at. I had the lobster dumplings, scallops with mushroom risotto, and the apple pie for dessert. All were terrific. My husband and I loved this place! The fish was so fresh and the little sweet biscuits were delightful. They have the best organized staff I have ever seen. The only complaint for us was that it was a little loud. We were expecting a little more of a quiet atmosphere, but the food and service made up for it! more

A great spot for seafood in New Orleans, a town allegedly known for it's seafood, though I have been disappointed at many other restaurants. Have eaten here several times and never disappointed. Selected GW Fins based on reviews on here, I was looking for a lesser known place with good seafood, and Fins exceeded my expectations. The dining room is quiet, service was exceptional, in fact it was the best service we received our entire trip. Great seafood! The smoking oyster appetizer was amazing. Redfish and snapper entrees were some of the freshest fish my wife and I have had in quite a while. Service and ambience above average. Go! more
