Four of us had lunch at Joe's on July 12, 2008. Got there at about 12:30 and were immediately seated inside with a good view. Our server seamed uninterested but generally available at first. I'm probably the only person who has gone to this Joe's with the expectation of a decent meal (instead of just cocktails and a view.) I don't love Joe's. I think it's very average pub food with very average service. more

this place is fun during the summer, you can sit on the pier and enjoy some food and drinks, just watch out for the seagulls. more
There are several Joe's American Bar and Grill's to try around the area and some are really nice inside and some are really not.
