RH&B is one of our favorite restaurants in Leesburg. The service is always great, even when they're busy. We have found the ribs to be consistently good over the past year, and the Brunswick stew is nice, but lately, we order the "Garden Veggie Salad", which they cheerfully make for us even though it's no longer on the menu. We've tried Red Hot and Blue at three different locations. Of those 3 locations, only the Leesburg one still exists. The problem with Red Hot and Blue is the food quality. Sometimes the ribs are cooked just right and have great flavor. Other times they vary from bland to just plain awful. I've had half racks that were practically inedible... more
