Good restaurant although I will agree - it ain't what it's cracked up to be as far as taste and especially service. However, the items in the meat counter are good and homemade desserts are above average. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ike covered this restaurant with water and it will take some time to recover. Maybe when they do, it will do... more

I like to think of myself and friends as a connoisseur of BBQ and when I went to Houston last November I was determined to find a a great place to eat with my friends in Texas. I definitely found one! The Brisket was exceptional as were the ribs. Lost of flavor and not dried out like many other spots.... more
