Franco's is expensive for Williamsport. And if you like to drink, bring money. Food is Good. Place is very small with one window. more

Probably the best restaurant in the Williamsport area - excellent home cooked Italian meals, friendly service and nice atmosphere - a real winner. Try their bakery around the corner, too. more
