Delgado's (formerly El Cholo's) used to be a favorite of ours for Mexican food. But the last 2 times we've eaten there, we both had "intestinal" problems several hours after the meal. Not a good sign. We've taken this restaurant off our list of favorites and don't recommend it to anyone. more

Delgado's Cafe is one of my personal favorite restaurant destinations in Johnson City. I'm not a big fan of traditional Mexican cuisine, so I usually sway towards the American sides of their menu.
