Above and beyond any other restaurant, Fire & Ice is easily my favorite in Springfield. The prices are very reasonable, and two can eat for $29 on Saturday nights (including an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert). The food is excellent and represents fine dining at its best. The Fire and Ice Restaurant in the Oasis Inn in Springfield, Missouri was fabulous. The bar was a solid sheet of ice that you could place your drink on to keep cold. No ice in your glass was needed, no ice to water down your drink. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried lots of different things and my son's... more
