We had lunch at Mae's in June of 2007. The bakery items looked very good, but the selections we ordered for lunch were mediocre. Mae's has pleasant surroundings and good wait staff, but the general consensus of locals is that Mae's just isn't as good as Kristina's. I was SHOCKED to see Kristina's gone on a trip to Bath this past weekend. The menu is completely new, and I do miss some of the vegetarian options. That said, the brunch on Sunday was excellent and the bakery is as good as ever. more

The highly rated Kristina's is no more--new ownership took over on the 4th of July, 04 weekend and it is now called Mae's Cafe. The building is the same, but there are some changes to the menu.
