I have never experienced any worse customer service...period, the restaurant is dirty and the service terrible, you would be better off going to tri-city pizza or even making the journey up the road a ways to pat's pizza, it is more for your money and with a lot better attitude there is no comparison. In my professional opinion dont waste... more

While it might seem that service is slow, this is a family owned and family run business. The orders are prepared as they are received, so take the time to enjoy some relaxing conversation, the homemade garlic knots and a little house Chianti. The food is delicious and certainly fresh! Fortune and Rocco are a great team! more

Bangor's best American-Italian food is served with a side of attitude by the owners: whatever you do, DON'T assume that the posted business hours apply to the night you visit Tesoro for dinner. If you get there anytime after 7 pm you'll mosty likely get an irritated "sorry, we're closed" from Fortunata, a middle-aged woman with 60's bouffant hair. Very... more
