This is probably the best restaurant in Wichita. It is at the top end of the price range, but the steaks are fantastic, the service is very good, and no-one ever leaves hungry. Highly recommended! more

The choice of steaks etc is excellent as is the non-meat options. The sevice is good and quick though it could do with being a little lighter so that you can see what you are eating! more

I lived in Wichita for 20+ yrs prior to a move to Kansas City. The Scotch and Sirloin is a Wichita "institution" as a steak house and prime rib spot. It is and always has been a little too dark and "retro" (think red and black) for my tastes, but the food and service are great. more

We've been here many times when visiting Wichita & have never had a mediocre meal. This is a holdover from a 60's steakhouse, with a live piano player & probably just about the same menu. Makes you want to order martinis & listen to Sammy or Frank. The only thing different is there's no billowing cigarette smoke! more

Based on the strong recommendation of a bartender I went here for dinner while on a business trip. I enjoyed my dinner here - steak and the sides were good. Service was attentive and the waitresses are attractive. Decor is typical steakhouse although the room is dimly lit. Apparently this is the most famous steakhouse in Wichita. I recommend it... more
