I prefer the more casual side of the Bottega duo. Great food, a lively crowd, and Frank Stitt's marvelous interpretation of Italian food with the occasional Southern twist. They make a mean mojito, too. This patio on a spring or fall evening is as good as Birmingham gets. more

Bottega Cafe is a great, fun restaurant. There is something for everyone on the menu. Crab Cakes are the Monday special and they are the best that I have ever had.
