Every time I visit Austin, I did not even think of missing a visit to Top Notch. The "Top Pick" (#3), add bacon, is my favorite burger of all time. Coming from this burger connoisseur, that is high praise. Not only are the burgers wonderful, they feature some of the best onion rings I've had as well. I have heard... more
