The old Trinkle's in Cetronia has been reborn as an elegant, contemporary eatery. Great drinks list, awesome bartenders — Rebekah is the best — and an eclectic menu. I usually go with the chef's specials. Definitely recommend. more

Superb food (the best food really) and atmosphere but very pricey with small portions. You will need to get a salad, app, and maybe dessert if you want to fill up. Don't come hungry or be prepared to spend $50 per person or more... more

Trying to get a reservation in the Lehigh Valley when Family weekend falls on the same weekend for both Lehigh University and Muhlenberg College is tough, even when calling over 4 weeks in advance.
