Thnere was no wait to get in when I was there. I had a capuchino (don't like tea and never tried it while in UK) and a Yorkshire Fat Rascal. The Fat Rascal was probably the least expensive thing on the menue but they had it hilighted like they wanted you to try it. It was an excellant giant scone... more

Wonderful classic tearooms - like stepping back in time! There's nothing like a traditional clotted cream tea, and the best fish and chips with fresh home-made tartare sauce I've ever tasted. more

Its a tea house, and a popular one at that. Really nice and posh inside, cakes lovely, scones to die for... Had to queue to get in, but not surprised why, once inside. Expensive, but its worth the experience more
