The Flatiron Guest Suites made for a very pleasant stop in Hot Springs. The staff are very welcoming , helpful and accomodating. They truely treat you as guests. Georgia from reservations told us all we wanted to know about the local attractions. The food served in the restaurant was a very nice surprise....very innovative and tasty dishes. Their white chicken... more

The unit we were in felt like a home and I loved that it had a kitchen and we could make our breakfast or pack a lunch before we headed out for the day!! It's convienient having the coffee bar... more

I was really impressed with this place. I stayed there during Rally Weekend. I'm not a biker, but wanted to check out Sturgis. I also saw Mt. Rushmore and Crazy horse. I didn't get a chance to check out the Mammouth Site, but want to go back next summer. The drive to Hot Springs from Denver was shorter than I... more

I've recomended the Flat Iron to everyone I talk to that mentions visiting the hills. Really, you could stay in a motel, but your not going to have the warm and relaxing atmosphere or the way above average staff that works there. Hands down, this place should be on everyones destination list. Not just as a place to stay, but... more

I invited my family to celebrate the Holidays at Hagen properties. The Reservations hostess was very helpful, and the housekeeper did excellent work! We were able to enjoy the Coffee Bar for lunch and family time for diner. It was a nice quiet experience and we would do it again if we had the chance. more

We had a great visit. The people we had the opportunity to meet in both Hot Springs and South Dakota were wonderful. The staff and rooms at The Flatiron Inn were great. Their goal was to be sure that we were satisfied. The food was excellent. If you meet great people your bound to have a great trip. more

Stayed for 5 days on a 2 week trip through Colorado and So. Dakota. The units were very nice and exactly as depicted on their website. Small, but nicely furnished and very homey. The satellite TV lost signal every 20 minutes, but it was almost a non-issue because we didn't watch much. The rooms were older, as expected in a... more

The Flat Iron is a 1800's style beautiful sandstone building that was converted by the owner from a falling apart office building into a wonderful guest suites(upstairs) and a great coffee bar (downstairs). There are 4 guest suites upstairs all have bedrooms and a kitchen (fully equipped). The suites are beautifully decorated some have balconies. I had the suite with... more

My husband and I live in Hot Springs and have found the FlatIron Guest Suites to be an INCREDIBLE place to stay. We've stayed there every year for our anniversary since 2004. It's wonderful to be able to pack a few things, drive a few blocks and walk into a room that puts you in another place. The renovation of... more

Had a hard time connecting with the rental company (think it's in-house and that they don't check the answering machine frequently.) Requested suite #1 but it was not available both nights... accepted suite #2 which was inadequate for our needs. The pictures of the suite were entirely accurate but there was not an inch of space available beyond what was... more
