This was my sixth visit to the Waikiki Gateway.....I e-mailed the fron Desk Manager before my return to Waikiki to make sure that the room I had requested would be available upon my arrival...he had "blocked" the room so that it was ready when I arrived in Honolulu. Staff was totally great to deal with "very nice" as well as the Concierge lady. Location was good too. Continental Breakfast a bit scarce, but it was better than nothing I guess.
