I found a great rate for this hotel ($129/night) and decided to take a chance. I was considering this or the Ohana and ended up choosing this one because of the pool area and the fact that I could tell that it was directly across the street from the Moana Surfrider. Although the hotel is not one of the new... more

I love this place. This is my third stay. Room 918 in the main tower is my favorite!! While compared to other hotels, some will say it is 'older' in appearance, but it includes all the amenities I needed. Only complaint is no wireless in the main tower. Although I was able to get it from the Hyatt T-mobile signal... more

Frankly I am shocked to read ANY positive reviews of this hotel on trip advisor. Unfortunately, we read them and booked at the PK partly due to these reviews, and we were extremely disappointed. Maybe our expectations were just too high, having stayed at nicer hotels in the past. To say that the PK is old and run down is... more

We stayed a week from Apr. 11 - 18th and enjoyed the hotel because: 1) Great location - heart of Waikiki and close to shops, eateries and car rentals and tour pick-ups. The beach is a few minutes away and just across the street. Also close to bus services. 2) Rooms were clean and a good size. We stayed in... more

Just got back from a short stay at the PK. It was great. We loved how close to everything it was never a shortage of things to do. The staff was friendly and helpfull in recomend places to eat and helping with reservations. The beverage service was slow by the pool but everything is a little slower in hawaii. Overall... more

I had a group booked to stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani in March 2008. I was a little concerned after reading some of the comments on tripadvisor. There were negative comments about the rooms and staff. I decided to go there with an open mind. ( Last year when I escorted a group to a hotel in the Dominican... more

We originally were booked in a small room that had a water view, nice room but too small with 3 teenagers. The front desk moved us to a suite on the 11th floor for a small upgrade. Weird shaped room but big, excellent water view and huge lanai. Very quiet. A few problems getting extra towels promptly but no complaints.... more

Aloha! My first stay with PK was back in 2005 and its a hotel that we keep going back to. (I'm returning again in a few weeks time for my fourth time. Once you've been to hawaii its very easy to keep going back time and time again). Waikiki Beach is one of my favourite places in the world. The... more

Thank-you to Sheraton Princess Kauilani for giving us a find end to our 10th year anniversary celebration. We spent seven days on a cruise through Hawaii and were happy to settle down for three nights. Only one sore spot, when we arrived there was a long lineup at the Check-in-Counter and were told the rooms would not be available until... more

I guess I might of had higher expectations than I should have to begin with. The hotel is in a fine location (although not right on the beach, it is walking distance to a lot of shopping and eating), the lobby was nice...but that was it. I got there pretty late, so I was tired and hungry - sorry room... more
