My girlfriend and I just spent 10 days in Honolulu staying at the Ohana East. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The location is prefect and the staff is the best. Easy walk to the beach and the International Marketplace. Our return flight home didn’t leave till after 10:00 pm that night. The Ohana East has a hospitality suite... more

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two kids (7 and 9) from Jan/1 - 7 for approximatley $150/night. As I had expected, it was a basic hotel room with two extra long double beds with little frills. However, there were some suprises that I had not expected: - Free in-room Internet access. - Free in-room long distance... more

We booked a 7 night stay at this hotel by going to the Fairfield (now Wyndham) website and booking what they call a getaway trip. We paid close to 300 pp not including airfare. I am a bargin hunter and this fit the bill for me and my husband. Our room was as small as a closet and the shower... more

I was lucky enough to earn six free nights at the Ohana East . I would definitely stay here again. My room was decorated in a beach-like theme--mostly beiges. The furniture was a light wood, which goes with a beach theme. It was not fancy but nice. My bathroom was small but quite adequate. The room had a refrigerator and... more

Ohana East is a no frills hotel. We paid $119 a night which is a great deal in Waikiki. The front desk staff were really friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. Bathroom was a little small but it didn't really matter to us. The location is great - it's 2 blocks from the beach and you can... more

A good, clean, three star hotel in a convenient location in Waikiki. Cane furnishings a bit dated but a clean, quiet room. more

We stayed three days prior to changing islands. The room was clean and comfortable. We had no problems. We called for more pillows and within 20 minutes we had them. Staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we asked. We are plannig to go to Hawaii again in 2008. We will stay here again. more

Stayed there for five nights, average place, bit far from the beach, rooms were clean, with cooking facilities, bit dated and a bit noisy, ugly balconies. Next time we´ll try to find a better deal. more

I did a lot of research before booking this hotel as I wanted a decent hotel a a reasonable price. A few reviews before I went were bad but I still booked the hotel. I am glad I did. The room was clean and quiet (unlike some reviews that said it was dirty) We upgraded on arrival to city view... more
