While the pictures look good, the weekend staff were less than pleasant. The lapel buttons keep talking about 10-level service, but I'd give them a 3 or less on this. And the rooms overlooking the highway are noisy. With a decent Hilton Garden Inn closer to the airport, I won't stay here again. more

Stayed at the homewood suites for one night with friends. The reception desk was accomodating. I was able to schedule our free airport shuttle ride immediately and with no problems.
