Sig-other & I stayed there one night on the way to a vacation on the Canadian side. Booked through Priceline.com and got a weekday room for $59.00 + tax, etc. After a 5 hour delay at JFK, we arrived at the Hyatt at about 3:00 AM. The woman at the desk must have taken pity on us. She gave us... more

Customer service was friendly and hospitable. I stayed on the 9th floor which provided and excellent view of the fire works. The towels were the softest I ever used in contrast to most hotels I've lodged, and there was never a noise problem with next door guest as the walls seemed sound proof. The bed was very comfortable, and I... more

Just got through a three night stay at the Hyatt Regency. have stayed often in cheaper hotels working stayaway jobs but was dissapointed with this place. I have always connected the name Hyatt Regency with high class and luxury like the Ritz and expected a weekend of luxury without being nickeled and dimed to death! although accomodations were arranged through... more

The Hyatt Regency in Buffalo did not live up to my expectations as a Hyatt hotel. The lobby is simple but elegant, leading me to expect great things from the rooms, and I was greatly disappointed. Firstly, the customer service of the front desk was mediocre at best. Although they were friendly, it seemed they could get nothing done right... more

Stayed at the Hyatt for the Buffalo Marathon. Picked that hotel because it was the headquarter for the race. Hotel was well located. Rooms were clean and spacious however, lacked furnitures and felt empty. Bed was confortable. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Service at the restaurant and front desk was great. Parking was $10 across the street. There... more

We just stayed at the Hyatt Regency for the weekend. My niece was graduating from Canisius College. The hotel is going through a little bit of renovations but it didnt hinder our stay. Upon arrival the concierge upgraded me to a Executive Suite on the 10th floor. Very nice accomodations. The room was clean and very roomy. The nice part... more

I stay at the Hyatt often while traveling on business. It is currently undergoing lobby renovations as well as room renovations. Following the new Hyatt model (new bedding, etc.). I like the Hyatt. Good service. Jimmy is fantastic. The bar is enjoyable. New tables in the bar area. Breakfast is good. Get a coupon worth $12.95 at check-in. Breakfast buffet... more

Stayed at the Buffalo Hyatt for 3 nights while attending a conference held there. All staff that I interacted with were courteous, helpful and professional. The hotel is undergoing a much needed upgrade. The halls are all still very '70s with odd blue/teal carpet and bad wallpaper and are quite reminiscent of The Shining. I was pleasantly surprised by the... more

we were in Buffalo for a Sabres game and this hotel was conveniently located close to the arena (about a mile away) However taking the tram there is horendously packed and slow so, we opted to walk the 20 min there. We paid to park in the lot just behind the hotel. I believe it was $10 for the night.... more
