I stayed here for two nights while vacationing on my own in Grand Canyon country. As usual, Holiday Inn Express did not disappoint me. I was able to check in after a long day of driving and immediately relax without having to worry about cleanliness or safety. I love the linens and pillows and feel more comfortable here than I... more

The hotel is right off I-40 West, which is perfect if you're driving across the country like I am. The hotel is very clean and new-looking, and the large staff was quick and courteous. My king room was huge and felt clean - they don't have the filthy comforters most hotels do - they wrap the duvet in two clean... more

This was our jump-off point to get to the Grand Canyon. Its also pretty close to Sedona, AZ and we took a quick jaunt there to check it out. Not a bad drive at all and very, very scenic! Check out Sedona if you have time. Back to the hotel - the elevators are small, almost bordering on claustrophobic and... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. The only bad thing I have to say, is that when walking around my room with only socks on, my socks got dirty. Which meant the room floor was not cleaned very well. The front desk staff was very helpful, although the cleaning staff did... more

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my wife and son (10 years old) on vacation trip to Grand Canyon etc. Hotel was clean and tidy, with polite efficient staff. The free breakfast was well stocked and breakfast area kept clean. Pool was nice: it is half inside, half outside. Some reviewers mentioned the train whistles, but that didn't... more

We stayed here for one night before going to the Grand Canyon. Our rafting group was picked up at the hotel, and we were allowed to keep our autos in the lot and our personal items checked for the week we were gone, a big plus, which is why I give it an above average rating. The room was fine,... more

We stayed there for 1 night en route to the Grand Canyon. Bed was super comfy and room was nicely decorated. Free b'fast bar was very good - even included eggs. Avoid the even numbered rooms since they face the back lot and the train tracks. Whistling trains kept me awake most of the night. Otherwise, not bad for a... more

Overall, we had a great stay. No real issues to speak of. Very easy access off I-40. Everything was very clean. The kids loved the indoor / outdoor pool. At night, there were quite a few kids swimming. You can order movies in your room. Great movie selection. The best part about it was the complimentary breakfast. Great variety and... more

The hotel was a little less than what I have experienced from other HIE. The elevators were small, slow, and poorly located. The room was clean but small. more
