My GPS could not find the hotel, very confusing to get to from the north. stayed at all hilton brand hotels from virginia to TN, to AR, TX, AL and the only hotel to charge daily for internet, even after calling and complaining about it. Pool was closed during most my stay. I've stayed at better Hampton Inns & suites.... more

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself must have missed the white glove inspection before we checked in. The trash can still had a banana peel in it and water bottles were found under the bed. Makes me wonder, what else did they not do?! The restaurant was just okay, the buffet was just okay (compared to... more

Hotel has just been re-modeled! The rooms are really big and you have a nice little office area. The price is reasonable. You get a complimentary breakfast, a good one with an omelet bar and everything. more

I was a bit aprehensive after reading the earlier reviews for this hotel. Fortunately, all the problems stated by previous travelers have been solved. The rooms are freshly renovated, the staff was superb and friendly, happy to go the extra mile for any request. Breakfast was lovely and the line wasn't horribly long. I enjoyed my stay and reccomend the... more

I reserved my suite for my family of 4 weeks ago, guaranteed for late arrival by my credit card. I called in the afternoon and had the front desk manager assign me a specific room because I have asthma. I arrive later that night and am told that they have given my room to someone else and the don't even... more

I stay here for business everytime I go to S. A. I find it better than the hustle and noise of the riverwalk hotels. Great service, Front Desk has always been helpful. Love that is right by the airport. more

Checked in and noticed that the property had not been renovated as most of the ES have been over the past few years, Even with this, I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. I took the 8 AM shuttle to the airport after I checked out which was a HUGE UNSAFE MISTAKE. The driver had the music on so loud... more

This hotel was a disappointment as I have stayed at many Embassy Suites in the past. It would be a very nice hotel for those that are there for vacation or a quick stay but as I spend more time in hotels than I do at my home it was less than I had come to expect from the brand.... more

I stayed here for one night while traveling through San Antonio on business. The hotel was phenomenal. My room, specifically, was two rooms with one of them being a seating area. The bed was absolutely AMAZING with enough pillows for Texas-wide pillow fight. They offered a free happy hour as well with snacks. Overall a great stay. more

Nice rooms, very convenient to the highway & airport. The breakfast was good, made to order and lots of choices. The evening complementary beverages were good. The sports bar is fun and has a good menu; they serve up until 11 pm, so goof for late arrivals. The room was large, comfy beds, two big TVs, complementary bottled water. Complementary... more
