This Courtyard was a savior this past weekend. I booked the reservation from another hotel because of horrible service. When I arrived twenty minutes later, the reservation was ready to go. Arrived late and found our non-smoking room ready, nice indoor pool. I found the General Manager and the front desk staff to be very rude. When I pointed out that the bathroom was filthy and it appeared the room had only half heartedly been cleaned, I was told I should find another room somewhere else. Of course, it was Final 4 weekend and the nearest available room was 100 miles north... more

This place is a gem. Clean, modern, all the amenities you'd expect from a three star hotel, and very friendly service. Best value for the money I've seen. The road approaching it is a little tricky to navigate; study your map first. Close enough to the airport, but no airport noise. more
