We spent 5 nights there and left feeling very pampered and not quite ready to face the real world. Beautiful pool with lovely cabanas, which you had to call a pool assistant to set-out for you - no plonking your stuff just anywhere! Should you feel every so slightly dehydrated by the pool, you could always partake the icy cold... more

I used to adore staying at this place, and at all Four Seasons. On my most recent trip, I just have to say that it has gone downhill. The service, experience and quality just isn't 'the top of the top' that it used to be. And therefore, it's hardly worth the Four Seasons price. It's still great. But not what... more

The Four Seasons was the last stay for my wife and me on our honeymoon. When we arrived, the lobby was even more spectacular than the pictures on their web site. Upon arrival to our Ocean Prime View room, there was Champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us. The view from the room was directly looking the ocean and the... more

My husband and I visited the Four Seasons at Wailea on our 1st anniversary. I had never stayed at a Four Seasons before, but I knew it was supposed to be really nice. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was 1st class! We were welcomed to the hotel with cool beverages and taken to our room quickly. Our room was really... more

Just returned from a 7 night stay at the Four Seasons Wailea. Absolutely incredible. Service was fantastic from housekeeping, to valet staff, to food service, to beach/pool staff, everyone was friendly and offered service with a smile on their face. We had an oceanfront suite that was huge. It had an extremely large "L" shaped lanai. One side looked straight... more

We spent a week in Maui splitting our time between the Ritz and the Four Seasons. This was our first experience with the Four Seaons. We loved our stay at the Ritz. For sheer beauty of the hotel and it's surroundings, you can't beat the Ritz. They had the advantage of building the hotel on large piece of land so... more

My wife and I went to the four seasons maui for our honeymoon. We have stayed at several other four seasons hotel's and I must say that the service specifically at this hotel is above all that we have experienced. Everything from our arrival, to our room which was a prime ocean view room on the club level(not worth the... more

After a 10 year hiatus, my return to the FS Wailea was long overdue. It was an absolute pleasure to arrive at this beautiful property after the long journey from New York. The entire property is immaculate, and very well maintained. It looks as great as I left it in 1998. A testament to the FS Mgt., and their staff.... more

I have stayed at most Four Seasons' resorts in the US and some abroad. I expected a comparable level of service at this hotel in Wailea, Maui because it bears the Four Seasons' name. I was sadly mistaken! I reserved a "Club Level" room which I believed to be a significant step up from the luxury suite that was featured... more

We had our reception at the 4 Seasons and would have had our ceremony there as well, but we had to use the chapel at the Grand Wailea next door. The service was excellent and with our short notice, they were able to pull off a brunch reception at the OCEAN Front Lawn. Maui is definitely commercialized so if it's... more
