I stayed at this hotel every time I traveled to Atlanta (5 times). The service was great and the rooms beautiful. The beds are so comfortable I am buying one for my home. I slept better here than in years. Definitly stay here if you are going to Atlanta. more

My room with a king bed was a nice size. Large stain on carpet right outside the room. Front desk staff less than attentive - staff chatting behind the desk while one person attended to line of 6-8 people waiting to check in. Nice hotel with all the basic amenities, Very good value considering the location near Lenox and Phipps malls. Corner bakery cafe across the street with an adjacent Italian restaurant. The bar and Milan restaurant on the 1st floor are good as well as convenient. more

Be aware of the foul urine smell in the rooms, the pool should not even be considered a pool more like a chlorine filled pond. Management is aware of the urine smell but has no intentions of fixing the problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Overall my stay was okay. It's in a great location - close to MARTA and Lenox. I had reserved a non-smoking room but was put on the 4th floor - as soon as the elevator openned I could smell smoke. This hotel is in a good location. Very close to Lenox Mall. I stayed here in the late 1980s when it was part of Comfort Inn brand hotels and was called the Comfort Hotel. I guess Crown Plaza bought and rennovated it a while back. The lobby is small and very plain. The room was small to average in size.... more
