Me and my dad stayed at the above hotel on July 19th. The hotel was decent, nothing spectacular but I wasnt expecting that... Check in was good, parking was good, BUT...We decided to walk to the Braves shuttle (Marta) and it was located at Underground Atlanta. It was a night game, but the walk over was okay, no problems whatsoever...But... more

This hotel is an older property which is poorly maintained. All the staff seemed genuinely friendly. The issue with the property is housekeeping. I checked in with a group of 13 rooms. During our 2 night stay, we changed guest rooms 5 times. The first night - we changed 4 times - all due to poor house keepng issues. They... more

I was a little nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews on here. Don't be. You will not find a friendlier staff or better hotel for the money in any downtown area. The hotel is under new management that is working hard to address some of the problems noted below. While some still exist, the friendly and accoMmodating staff... more

I couldn't believe we found a downtown hotel for avg. 88 dollars per night. It was clean, reasonably comfortable, had pleasant and friendly staff, and an ok breakfast. They have only one elevator, although this was not a problem to us on a Thurs. Fri. Sat. stay If, like me, you find the coffee too watery, just walk up the... more

I checked into the Quality Inn on Saturday afternoon in Downtown Atlanta. I stayed here because I had a free night from Choice Hotel Points. The location is very good as it is in the Farlie-Poplar district between the Peachtree Center and Five Points MARTA stations. The Rialto Theater and the Landmark Diner are ½ block from the hotel. The... more

I was in Atlanta to attend a large conference at the GWCC. The Quality Hotel offered a great price (gov't employee rate), and a reasonable walking distance to the GWCC. The Room: Nothing fancy, but comfortable, with the amenities and furnishings one can reasonable expect for a two-star hotel. I wish they had an outlet or two to spare. If... more

Avoid this hotel, even if you're desperate. I would have rather slept in my car. Roaches, bums, no security, no parking, rude staff, dirty rooms, window was a 3 inch opening next to a concrete wall. They lock the main doors for the personal safety of the hotel staff on night duty and make guests go down a side alley... more

Date- I stayed there from April 11, 2007 to April 15, 2007. Reviewer- April Wedekind, Las Vegas, Nevada It was plain awful! The room was small, the bathroom was small, and the maids wrote "go 2 hell" on the mirrors! Not to mention there was only 1 elevator and it was as slow as heck! I stayed there with a... more

I booked the room at Quality Hotel 2 days in advance. When I arrived I was told that the hotel is oversold and I was re-booked at the Super 8 down the block. My experience there was miserable at the very best. Annoyed front desk clerk, told me that they will not be able to give me a room with... more
