I stayed at this hotel in July for a family reunion. If you are accustomed to polite check-in services, working elevators and ice machines, a usable work-out room ......then I recommend you do not stay here. The rooms were clean and the beds were utterly comfortable but was overshadowed by the rudeness of the staff. more

This hotel is definitely not a three star property, it might not even be up to 2 star standards. Our room was very outdated and the ceiling was falling apart (see pic). Will never stay here again and you shouldn't either. more
