The hotel staff was quite friendly. The atmosphere was very tranquil from the rain forest theme in the lobby to the lage bedrooms and the sleep system they have in place. The price is low and you get what you pay for. The room have stained carpeting and wall paper, in room safe didn't work, the king size bed was comfortable though slept like a baby.
