We checked in Nov 16 2005 The room did not have the refridgerator as we reserved and confirmed nor an ice bucket in the entire hotel. Front Desk said they were out. We wWent out to eat with friends and returned to no hot water. The front desk apologized and said there was no one around to fix it. Next... more
