Motel charged me for the two rooms I reserved, however, on my statement, they charged me twice. Phone calls to motel said that management would call me back - they never did. I was even put off from Ramada HQ saying they would "investigate it." Meanwhile, I'm out $138 for a crappy room. Beware - and get everything in writing! more
