Room stinks like cigarette smoke. Be prepared to have smell on clothes, bed sheets, etc. Room was dingy and poor lit. A/C sounds is very loud - makes it hard to sleep! Housekeeping comes only once a week, and office hours are 8am - 7pm (Not even 24 hrs!) They offer one roll of toilet paper - be prepared to... more

Intown advertises low weekly rates, but there are hidden costs and it isn't pleasant. No soap is provided & bath towels are thin and the size of most hotel's hand towels. There are no coat hangers or iron, the kitchen is poorly lighted, rental of cooking equipment is extra, beds have only a thin sheet and cover (no blanket); my... more

When I went to Intown Suites, I choose the cheap plan since I was told 3 nights will be almost the same amount as a weekly plan. I prepaid the rent and the deposit. But what is horrible is they didn't tell me if I change to just one night, they still going to charge me the same price as... more
