I arrived at the Residence Inn Midtown around 11:00 p.m. with a confirmed reservation, made through Expedia. My credit card had been charged and I had a confirmation number. Upon arrival, however, I was told there were no rooms. I produced my paperwork showing my confirmation but the young man at desk said, sorry, all the rooms have been taken.... more

I second what everyone else has written; the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful—every one of them we encountered, right down to the parking attendants. Stayed at this hotel for the first time this weekend and I just wanted to say it was great all around. You can't beat having the kitchen and everything was really clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. more

I stayed here for the first time last night. This was a beautiful Residence Inn! All of the furnishings were very high quality and the second floor "lounge" was very nice. The lounge reminded me of the Admirals Club with a pool table (but not the full bar). We paid too much for the hotel the night we were there... more

The hotel was very modern...not your typical looking Residence Inn. From the moment we got there the staff was so friendly. We liked the big suites and the kitchen. The free breakfast was a plus! Definately a great choice when traveling to Atlanta! more
