Hotel is getting tired, rooms were cold at night, can't seem to keep the heat, breakfast is a little chaotic, service leaves something to be desired, location OK for Expo centre, right by Temple Field, probably would try somewhere else if I came back to Atlanta. more

At a conference for a ridiculous rate: Beds were hard, sheets were scratchy. The staff was rude and beligerent to customers. From check in to check out we received excellent service. With just a smile and asking nicely we were upgraded to a King Suite-sitting area was the adjoining room. Like an apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. When traveling we always rent a car and much to our surprise they waived the parking fee we were there for a week.... more
