After reading negative feedback we were a bit worried about staying here, but we had no problems. The rooms are large, modern and extremely clean. Ok there is no towel rail in the bathroom but don't you want fresh towels everyday?? By far, the WORST experience ever. We arrived and attempted to check-in with Stephanie Dadman (the manager) and she asked for our confirmation number. Having booked on Orbitz, we provided the orbitz confirmation number which she said was not our confirmation number and she could not check us in with it.
