The Best Western Tria in Cambridge, MA has a noticeable odor upon entering the lobby and elevator. Female front desk staff were not personable or pleasant at all. They were not welcoming and acted as if they really could care less if they could be of some help to you, they were not accomodating. Robes in the room were advertised... more

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool, a very professional and friendly staff, very good Continental Breakfast. Complimentary shuttle and WiFi. Convenient to Harvard Square and the T. A shopping center with Whole Foods and a movie theater right around the corner. A Starbucks next door. Very inexpensive for the area. A supurb value! more

The hotel is okay, just okay. There are some cleanliness problems: the very small pool needs a good scrubbing and I found a HUGE dead cockroach in my closet. I stayed at the Tria Hotel with my daughter while moving her into Tufts University. I selected this hotel because of the "close" proximity to the T and the fact that the price was reasonable. I knew when I checked in that I was not going to be estatic.
