Booked a one-room, two double bed cabin at State Game Lodge through the 800 number. Cabin: Spotless, linens looked/smelled new. This is an older hotel with some more modern units. The main building served as a summer retreat for Pres. Coolidge, so that gives you some idea of the time period. Wanted to stay at the lodge for a night because of the great history. President Coolidge used it as a summer white house. My room was small but realy nice. The bed was incredible! We stayed in one of the cabins at the State Game Lodge in July 2008. The cabin had 2 double beds, a couch, chair and tv. Screen door was a nice feature. Standard bathroom. I loved the location.
