A total disaster in every way. Rude staff, small rooms, sheets don't fit, internet out of service, cold coffee machine ($2 for tiny cup) in lobby, (out of order one day), our reserved room with 2 beds not available on check-in. Worst hotel experience of a lifetime! more

I stayed at the hotel because it was only two (very long) blocks from the cruise terminal. I took the F subway line from New York and walked the six blocks to the hotel - not recommended if one has a lot of luggage, as one has to cross a foot bridge over a 6 land highway. A good map... more
