We throroughly enjoyed our stay. Right up there with the best B&B properties we've experienced. The reservation process was easy....and they were quick to help us make a change when our travel plans were slightly altered. There's no need for a car. It's a breeze to take the T from the airport to where it passes only two blocks from... more

I have stayed at the Beech Tree two to three times per year, going back to 2001, when my daughter was in graduate school at Boston University. (In fact, Shannon picked it out for us by surveying the neighborhood on foot!) After the hassles of air travel, when I see that sign under the big tree in the front yard,... more

We arrived at the Beech Tree Inn world weary after several weeks of travelling and were granted a jem in Boston! The Beech Tree Inn is wonderful! We were welcomed through the kitchen by the staff and shown to our room, which was the cheapest there yet still by far the best accommodation of our trip! In the Conservatory Room... more

For several reasons, our entire stay in Boston was not at one location. The Beech Tree Inn was our first "home away from home". We have had experiences at other bed and breakfast establishments over the years—mostly in our home state of Texas—and we have also now had another experience just a few blocks away from the Beech Tree Inn.... more

We stayed at the Beech Tree Inn in June 2008, room # 8, 1 night only, but would have loved more ! I don't know where to begin the praise... will try to make it short: a) SERVICE included - in chronological order: - swift reservation response, - good directions, - flexible check-in time, - reception fit for royalty upon... more

We had a great three day stay at the Beech Tree, which we found on the Simmons College website. We got a AAA discount. Our room was #10, "The Treehouse," with double bed, two comfortable chairs, desk, and plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom was large enough and the shower had good water pressure. Three flights of steep... more

The Beech Tree Inn is the BEST B&B you could ever wish for. From the moment you walk into the lovely kitchen the aroma of freshly baked cookies reminds you of home. It is such a wonderful thought. You are welcomed from the moment you arrive and nothing is too much trouble for the fabulous staff. Everything is done with... more

We stay at The Beech Tree at least 4 times per year as we have 4 kids in the Boston area. The Inn is a real treasure. Rooms are comfortable, CLEAN, and spacious. The food and treats are to kill for. The staff can not be equaled. We look as forward to our stay in the Inn as we do... more

My husband and I stayed at the Beech Tree Inn last weekend (April 25 and 26, 2008) and loved it. The room was lovely, the food was wonderful, and everyone was so warm and gracious. This inn is very convenient for getting into Boston or out to its suburbs. Stacy was welcoming and helped us with directions and getting settled... more
