Stayed here in June for a wedding, so we got a heavily discounted room rate. Rooms were nice - comfy beds. As a previous poster said - they need to put in towel bars in the bathroom. Also, the towels are chinzy. I expected a much better quality towel from the Hyatt. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty... more

Our family reunion was held in Baltimore over the July 4th weekend. We stayed at the Hyatt on the Inner Harbor, and it was a very enjoyable stay. The rooms had been newly redecorated about a year ago and were spatious and comfortable. I am picky about temperature and the heating/cooling system was easy to adjust, with no funny smells... more

For me, when it comes to hotels the number one priority is cleanliness. I don't get bothered too much by bad service, or lousy restaurants, or slightly poor location. But all I ask for in any city I go to is a CLEAN room! So many issues with our room primarily in the bathroom (which is the one area that... more

The kids and I just got back from a 3 night stay at the Hyatt. The hotel decor was beautiful, sort of asian inspired, with lovely bamboo and other greenery in the common areas. The color scheme was soothing earth tones. The glass elevator was a hit with the kids-as it rises past the 4th floor it is now on... more

What a fabulous hotel, the location is so pretty, easy to find and has parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. The housekeeper was on the floor when we arrived and we asked her for some additional towels and other things which she gave us and even asked if needed anything else before she finished her rounds. The rooms are... more

After checking in, I was told we would have a newspaper delivered each day since we are Hyatt Gold members, but that never happened. I am still not a big fan that Hyatt charges for Wi-Fi, even for its' Gold members, especially at the prices they charge. The food was alright, but not great. more

The best thing about the hotel is the location. I found it otherwise to be like other Hyatts, that is, though on the surface it's nice, the quality is not 100% there. Beds were a bit too firm, the minibar fridge has weight sensors and a warning not to put any personal items inside, bathroom layout is poor (water pools... more

From the minute we stepped into the Hyatt the staff was there with a smile and a welcome. The Inner Harbor with so much action and entertainment is really just steps away via an overpass from the hotel. Our room over looked the harbor and I don’t know what I enjoyed more waking up to the harbor view or going... more

We spent two nights here over Memorial Day weekend. We go to the Inner Harbor at least once every year and have stayed at a variety of hotels in the area. Most of the hotels in the Downtown/Inner Harbor section are old and don't have many of the modern luxuries found in other areas of the country. The Hyatt isn't... more

We spent the weekend of May 30-Jun1 here on a baseball trip. This hotel was VERY expensive - its Baltimore after all. Everything else was very expensive as well. We booked a room on the Club floor expecting fine amenities as is the case at every other supposedly 4-5 star hotel we have stayed in. Not the case here. Beer... more
