I stayed at the Radisson Cross Keys for a conference based at the nearby Loyola College campus. The hotel setting is unusual and attractive, embedded in a high-quality suburban shopping village. The feel of the design is almost tropical. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, both for sleeping and relaxing with several friends. Easy transportation was available to local sights.... more
The staff was very professional. They shuttled me to the harbor, stored my luggage between check-ou and my flight and were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. more
I recently stayed here for a conference that Loyola hosted. I got a room with a high ceiling and a sleep number bed (great!) The front desk was friendly and helpful when printing off my presentation (for free). Located in a mall, it was nice to walk around. The shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful. more
I recently attended a conference at Loyola College in Maryland and the Raddison at Cross Keys was the host hotel. I had an excellent experience there! It is not in the Inner Harbor, (its about 15 minutes away), but it is tucked away in this pictusresque park-like setting, complete with adjacent shops and restaurants in the complex. First of all,... more
I stayed at the Radisson at Cross Keys for a conference this month and it was fantastic! The hotel operates a complimentary shuttle that will drop patrons off at a variety of Baltimore tourist attractions, so it's really easy to access the city. Additionally, the hotel is located near a variety of first-rate shopping and dining!! more

I would... more
I booked two nights at this hotel because it was listed as a nearby hotel on the JHU "visiting campus" website. We arrived at approximately midnight. We parked (no charge) in the garage, and attempted to use the elevator from the garage level. It never arrived. We had to carry our luggage up to the lobby level and called for... more
I was not expecting a posh hotel but the hotel rooms were very dirty. Our first room smelled so bad from Cigar smoke even though this is marketed as a no smoking hotel. Also the room was set up very odd with some old wood bar that looked like a child's play kitchen set. Also with the heat turned off... more
The staff was very courteous and professional. My room was very clean and nicely appointed. It's located in a quiet, wooded residential section of Baltimore. Make note of the fact that it is not near the Inner Harbor. My event was at the hotel and the staff did a very good job with it. I'll go back. more
