Nice Bed and Breakfast! We heard noise all night and did sleep very well all four nights. If you bring ear plugs it would be fine. We did not realize where the Inn is located is a main street. We stayed in one of the back rooms and could still hear semi trucks throughout the night. The Inn is so... more

This was our first experience at a b/b , it was great. Tessa and Brian were great hosts, made restaurant recommendations , both choices were excellent, They also arranged for us to have a private tour guide for the battlefield, the tour guide was knowledgeable and personable. The inn is immaculate, the breakfasts are superb. Overall it was a great experience... more

My wife and I had never stayed at and B&B before and thought that our first journey to Gettysburg was a good place to experience it. I am so happy it was at the Brickhouse Inn and that we able to spend 6 nights. We arrived a little late for check in, but had called ahead to let them know... more

I can't think of enough adjectives to describe how beautiful and well-kept the Inn is. We spent two nights in the Kentucky room and wished it could have been longer. Well appointed room with comfortable sitting area, LARGE bathroom with claw tub and shower, and our balcony with bullet marks still evident from the battle! The rooms were spotless. It... more

We stayed one night in the North Carolina suite which had a balcony. We love to sit on the balcony with a bottle of wine and some snacks. Nowhere was there a small table to put things on, either inside or outside. The room was immaculate and comfortable with room AC that was unobtrusive to us. The room is facing... more

Everything people have said here is true! This place is terrific. Everyone I met who works there was helpful and friendly. The inn is beautiful. The location is great (you can walk to one of the major battle sites in 10 minutes). The breakfasts were amazing. The garden in the back was lovely. And the parking lots were handy. I'm... more

Being in Gettysburg would not be complete without staying at the Brickhouse Inn. The decor made us feel as if we were REALLY back in the mid-1800's. Our's was the Texas Room and it was beautiful. A high 4-poster bed (I actually needed to use the steps to get in!), fireplace with remote control, comfy linens and towels, and bay... more

Our stay in the Brickhouse Inn was a memorable experience. We were in the Maryland Room, it was beautifully decorated, very CLEAN and the bed was very comfortable. Tessa, Brian and Melanie were such gracious and sweet hosts. We were there in the summer and the gardens were an oasis, so well maintained, with lovely trees and delicious spots to... more

Stayed at the Brickhouse for two nights in August. (Sat and Sun night) The Brickhouse is a lovely house, in a great loaction and has great innkeepers. Breakfast was served outside and was very nice. Sunday morning the place was full so for breakfast you sat with other guests, which was great to talk to other people about what they... more

We have stayed here several times and would do so again. It is centrally located in town, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking is convenient- right behind the inn. Breakfast has been delicious each time we have stayed there. The rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated nicely, in keeping with a 19th century inn. The owners, Brian and... more
