We arrived after a long day of driving and were not able to get a really inexpensive room but they had the suite available. We took it as we had been camping for several days. The rate was fantastic for a one bedroom, full kitchen and a living room with a fold out queen bed ($137 with AAA discount). Both... more

didn't know what to expect because this hotel was listed as a 2 star but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. It was right off the highway, very clean, extremely comfortable beds, good size bathroom and good hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.) included. All this for $74 + tax. I'd stay there again any time. more

We stayed at the Abbey Inn from May 8-13, 2008. The room was clean with all the typical amenities, two queen beds, desk, table, fridge, micro, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. The complementary breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs, bacon, link sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, bagels, bread, muffins, waffles (make yourself), fruit, hot and cold cereal and all... more

The rooms in this two storey motel are very nicely decorated with dark wood furnishings. They are clean and very quiet. Unlike most hotels, the beds are outstanding. The high-speed wireless internet connection is reliable. They have a sizable indoor pool and a hot tub that we saw through the pool building windows but we didn't go into the pool... more

What a find! This is a very nice hotel. Large, clean and comforable room with a fridge, microwave, desk, wireless internet and free parking located about two blocks off an I-15 Exit. The room decor was very nice and the kingsize bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of pillows provided. Bed linens were above average in quality as were the... more

We stayed at the Abbey Inn Sept. 14 and15, 2007. Everyone from the receptionist, the maids and the breakfast workers were helpful and nice. The room was very clean with all the typical amenities, two queen beds, desk, table, fridge, micro, coffee maker, etc. The pool is large and clean located in a separate building across the parking lot. The... more

My wife and I spent two nights at the Abbey Inn while attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival. We enjoyed a clean, comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast included scrambed eggs, bacon, sausage, and Belgium waffles. At the advice of the desk person, we tried the Pastry Pub for dinner our first night and returned the next night. Great salads. Boomer's was... more

We really liked the Abbey Inn. That area of southern Utah is pretty sparsely populated and there aren't many towns along I-15 other than St. George and Cedar City. We chose the Abbey Inn from the AAA tour book. It was pretty much all you could hope for in a "motel row" roadside motel. The staff was friendly and helpful.... more

Some friends and I went to Vegas for a convention on April 12th, and we heard that there was an overnight snow at BrianHead, Utah. Since it was a 2.5 hour drive from Vegas, we needed a place to stay overnight. From the reviews we felt that the Abbey Inn in nearby Cedar City would be a good place to... more

After e-mailing Abbey Inn Cedar City with questions regarding their pet policy and room rates (neither stated on their website), I received an extremely rude reply. This hotel only posts rate "ranges" with any of the booking agencies and even their own website. Their explanation was that they "have too many variables on what the rates would be". I had... more
