THE WORST experience I ever had. They (intentionally) overbooked and transferred us to a lesser quality sister hotel which was located more than 40 blocks away! Then, the hotel tried to charge us the full (Manfield's) rate! The hotel did not even apologize for overbooking, but told us not to blame them because it was a computer generated error!!!! Above average experience at The Mansfield. For the price and location, it was the top choice. Stayed in a Queen Double Double and was comfy and clean. Friendly personnel and very quick to be of help. Sparse 6th floor room with wood flooring. Clean shower and bathroom area. Would definitely choose this hotel again. more
